            Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Drooleo Foods, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be requested.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled only before they are accepted by the restaurant or delivery partner.
 - Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
 - If you wish to cancel an order, please use the in-app cancellation option (if available) or contact our support team immediately at contact@drooleo.com.
 
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed if:
                
- The order was not delivered due to partner/technical error.
 - The payment was deducted but the order did not go through.
 - The item you ordered is unavailable and cannot be delivered.
 
 - Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
 - Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the issue is caused by us.
 
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Orders cancelled after preparation or dispatch.
 - Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong delivery address, contact number).
 - Delays caused by customer unavailability at the delivery location.
