These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Drooleo application (hereby referred to as "Application") created and operated by Drooleo Foods ("Service Provider"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Use of the Application
You agree to use the Application for lawful purposes only. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or redistribution of the Application or its content is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing orders.

3. Orders & Payments
- All prices displayed in the Application are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

- Drooleo is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
We strive to provide a smooth and satisfactory experience. However, refunds or cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Orders once confirmed may not be cancelled unless specifically allowed in the Application at the time of purchase.
- Refunds, if applicable (e.g., failed transactions, unavailable items, or incorrect charges), will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
